Tarika Hotel Resort

Laxmi Interior is delighted to have been a part of the prestigious Tarika Hotel Resorts project. Our team embarked on a comprehensive range of tasks to enhance the overall aesthetics and functionality of the resort. We began by executing half brick masonry with common burnt clay FPS, ensuring structural integrity and durability throughout the building. Cement mortar of the highest quality was meticulously applied to provide a strong foundation for the walls.

To elevate the visual appeal, we applied a flawless 12mm cement plaster mix on various floors, including the S.F. and T.F., achieving a smooth and polished finish. As water resistance is crucial in a resort setting, we diligently implemented a waterproof plaster to safeguard the walls against moisture and humidity.

Our expertise extended to the renovation process, involving the careful breaking and cleaning of existing half brick walls to create a clean canvas for future executions. Additionally, we skillfully demolished RCC and CC structures on floors and toilets, ensuring a seamless transition throughout the resort.

To support the architectural elements, we meticulously installed RCC lintel beams on doors and windows, providing strength and stability to the overall structure.
